The Site contains adult-oriented content. Unlocking a photo or video grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view it on the Site while your account exists. All content remains the copyrighted property of Jasmine. Downloading, screen-recording, screenshotting, re-selling or re-posting content anywhere is strictly prohibited, terminates your license and account without refund, and will be pursued under copyright law. Content is watermarked with your account identity.
Content can be unlocked with a direct card payment or with tokens. Displayed prices include our payment processor's fees; applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout. Tokens are prepaid site credit (1 token = $0.25 of on-site value) usable only for unlocking content and sending messages — see the Refund & Token policy.
Sending a message to the creator costs 1 token. Messages are for personal communication with the creator on this Site only. Abusive, threatening or unlawful messages result in termination without refund. Message history may be retained for safety and record-keeping.
The Site is provided "as is". We may add, remove or reprice content at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
All sales are final. Because content is delivered digitally and instantly, unlocks and messages are non-refundable once delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Tokens are non-refundable prepaid credit. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, transferred between accounts, or withdrawn, and are usable only for purchases on this Site. Unused tokens remain on your account for as long as the Site operates. Where the law of your jurisdiction grants non-waivable rights regarding prepaid credit, those rights are unaffected.
If something you unlocked fails to load or a purchase double-charged, contact us through the Site's messages or at support@piggyplay.net — genuine delivery problems are always made right, with a re-delivery, token credit, or refund at our discretion.

Operate the Site, deliver what you bought, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations (including tax and record-keeping law). We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers that run the Site (hosting, database/auth, payment processing) and where the law requires.
You can change your password any time. To delete your account and personal data, message the creator or email support@piggyplay.net from your account address; we honor verified requests within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (e.g. transaction records). Discretion matters here — statements and emails use a neutral billing descriptor, never her name.
All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
